SR. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

to partner hand-in-hand with our client roster of technology pioneers.

Humdinger is looking for a Senior Account Executive to partner closely with our roster of global tech clients and help drive great work from idea to execution.

This role sits at the center of everything we do. You will work hand in hand with clients, creatives, and leadership to keep projects moving, solve problems, and ensure the work is sharp, on strategy, and delivered at a high level.

You should be ready to take ownership of large scale projects from concept through execution, helping guide the work while keeping teams aligned and moving forward. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable thinking ahead. Someone who can anticipate what is needed, communicate clearly, and keep both clients and internal teams in sync.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have strong agency experience and understand how to manage projects, timelines, and client relationships without letting things slip.

  • You are proactive and forward thinking. You do not wait to be told what to do.

  • You are comfortable working with creatives and understand how to support and push the work without getting in the way.

  • You can handle multiple projects at once and stay calm under pressure.

  • You are detail oriented and care about the quality of the work that goes out the door.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner directly with clients and act as a day to day point of contact and lead projects from kickoff through delivery, keeping everything on track.

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and ensure everyone is aligned and anticipate challenges and solve problems before they become issues.

Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects and help maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail across all work.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3 to 5 years of agency experience in an account or client services role.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast moving environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Comfort working directly with clients and internal creative teams.

  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and keep projects on track.

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
